Lavaclan Camp

OOC-Died from the plague.

IC-"Oh...yeah. I never paid attention to our family history. Too boring!" complained Soulpaw. He was secretly happy, though, that Mazepelt since they wouldn't be fighting against him.

idkl where haze is but im just gonna put her at the camp.

ic: Hazepaw lifted her head. "Mom was Mazepelt's niece. So Mazepelt is our grea-uncle, actually. And you know that crazy medicine cat that is supposedly the most amazing medicine cat of all? Mirror-something? She's auntie Novafox's best friend." Hazepaw stated proudly. But Novafox is great-uncle Mazepelt's daughter... So wait.. She's not our aunt... She's our cousin!" Hazepaw figured out.

"I...dom't understand our family at all..." maoned Soulpaw in defeat.

Embersong padded into the leader's den. "Sorry, I had been looking for my apprentice," she apologized. "Now, should we talk?"

Redpaw sighed with relief when he finally found Bubblefrost. Now he found out his clan was mostly likely going to war. What a morning.

Bluepaw ignored the news, mostly; he was just annoyed. He walked up to Plumpetal, who he saw, and sat next to her. He wondered if she would even notice.

......WOW.

Mistypaw tried to follow the line of conversation but it all kept getting messed up in her head. "Um....so you guys will be watching your relatives fight?" she concluded lamely.

Birchflame sat beside Jynxwish just enjoying her company.

"Um...." said Soulpaw, as he thought hard. "I think?" he said, not really knowing if this was true or not. He turned to Hazepaw. "Haze, can you tell us about out family history so we all understand it better? Please?" he begged.

"Yes!" said Icestar. "As we all know, Sunclan has stolen some of Oceanclan's territory! Something about this, must to be done!"
"Yes, I agree, greatly. Oceanclan has always been out loyal friend and we need to step in and help them. They just had a tsunami and so they are weak and trying to heal from that. We need to step in and stop Sunclan from causing any more problems for Oceanclan." explained Dragonblaze.
"Yes! I totally agree!" said Icestar. "What do you think, though, Embersong? Should we fight or remain neutral?" he asked.

"Okay!" Clearpaw meowed as she ran after her mentor out of the camp.

Greypaw ran into the camp almost knocking into nearly every warrior in the camp. "Hello!" she mewed in joy


OOC: oh you

"Be careful!" chorused my various warriors.

"Hey, Greypaw." said Soulpaw.

Tearpaw nodded his head to Greypaw and Darkpaw smiled at her, happily.

OOC-Hmm...SoulxMisty, SoulxGrey or TearxMisty? I don't know!!!
Or even TearxGrey. Or DarkxGrey...

Greypaw said sorry to the warriors before talking to them. "Hey Soulpaw! How are you all?" she mewed

OOC: oh god I don't know

"I'm fine." said Soulpaw. "Did you hear? We might be going to war!" he grinned. "I can not wait!"

OOC-Soul is like a perfect warrior, Dark seems sinister but is actually quite cheerful & Tearpaw is shy.

"No way! I can't wait! I'll teach those cats who the true leaders of the forest are! Lavaclan!" Greypaw cheered.

OOC: hmmm I could see soul and grey

"By the way," said Soulpaw "where were you?"

Tearpaw stood silently by Darkpaw, who kept on smiling.

OOC-Me too So lets get down to bussiness and begin planning out the kits. How many? Gender? Names? Remember, we shouldn't have too many though, since Lavaclan is a bit overpopulated... D:

Greypaw sighed, "Nowhere it's fine..."

IC-"Are you sure?" asked Soulpaw as he moved closer to her.

OOC-Hahaha, I was thinking that as well! Since they both have 4 letters in their first name and 4 divided by the 2 of them=2 kits!

Greypaw turned away, "I promise it's nothing," she stated as she looked up at the sky.

Embersong pondered Icestar's question, but could think of only war as their best future interest. Who knew, maybe LavaClan would be next in SunClan's line of conquest, and if OceanClan defeated SunClan, then they would be cold towards their ally, LavaClan, because they had not helped. "I say we should fight," she mewed.

Greenpaw was almost glad her mentor, Burnttree, hadn't found her. She went off to do something.

Hazepaw smiled. "Another time." She said as she raced into the forest after her mentor.

Mistypaw sat beside the other apprentices, shuffling her paws and trying to follow the conversation.

Birchflame asked Jynxwish "so.....are you looking forward to being a mentor?"

Wildpaw sat and thought for a moment, until she remembered. "Wait, I know!" She exclaimed. "Mazepelt, Autumnstar, and Fallenstar were all siblings. Novafox is Mazepelt's daughter, and Autumnstar was our mom. So the means Novafox is our cousin, and so are Lunapaw and Solarpaw. Tada!" She proudly figured out.

Mistypaw looked relieved when she listened to Wildpaw explain all her family ties. "Wow," she exclaimed. "You have a big and well-connected family!"

"Okay." said Soulpaw to Greypaw as he then turned to listen to Wildpaw. "Yeah, but how come we are spread all over the clans?!" grumbled Soulpaw. It would be so much easier if their mom was here...

"Totally!" exclaimed Jynxwish. "Maybe we could even train our apprentices together? Would you want to do that?" asked Jynxwish as she though of all the things she would teach her apprentice.

"Okay, then it is agreed." said Dragonbkaze as he looked to Icestar who seemed to daydreaming. "Icestar, when should we attack Sunclan? Icestar?" said Dragonblaze.
"Huh? Oh uh Sunclan....right. How about we train and prepare for a little bitbut as soon as we can, we should go over there and give them a good bashing on the head! Yeah!" Icestar exclaimed.
"Right....Icestar." said Dragonblaze. "Will you announce it to the clan now?" he asked.
"What? Announce what to the-oh! Yes! I shall! Right now!" said Icestar as he left the den.
"Aye, sir!" exclaimed Dragonblaze as he left the den and nodded for Embersong to follow as well.

"Cats of Lavaclan!" announced Icestar. "We have decided that we shall be atttacking Sunclan as soon as possible, okay? So get ready! Mentors should quickly teach their apprentices some battle moves that they will be ready! So um yeah. Go!" he said.

Soulpaw grinned.

Hey guys i know haze, wild, and soul were all just made apprentices but they should have been a while ago.. i think we need to move the story plot on, so can we have Wild, Soul, and Haze have their warrior ceremonies after this last training thing?

ic: Wildpaw flipped in the air, more excited than she had every been.

OOC-Sure, I guess Also after the battle, Silver will join Oceanclan as a warrior to be with Hollybell and their kits

IC-Soulpaw grinned. Maybe they would be made warriors soon!

Birchflame nodded enthusiastically. "We should teach them some fighting moves.....just after i find Sapphirepaw...." he looked around with a frown on his face, and padded over to the cluster of apprentices.
"Hi, guys," he said awkwardly. "Has anyone seen Sapphirepaw?"
Mistypaw shrugged. "Nope, not since the ceremony actually," she said, her blue-silver fur swirling in the light wind.

OOC-PSSSSS! Willow you can powerplay as Sapphirepaw

IC-"That would be great!" purred Jynxwish.

ooc: right.......

ic: Sapphirepaw bunded up to Birchflame. "I've been looking for you everywere! Where where you? I want to learn some fighting moves so we can go into the battle with Sunclan!" When she paused for a breath, Birchflame slapped his tail over her mouth. "Just wait. We should do our first training session with someone else, maybe (insert Jynxwish's apprentice here) and Jynxwish!" he said enthusiastically. Sapphirepaw missed the sparkle of love in her mentor's eyes, and bounded over to Jynxwish. "HURRY UP!" she said loudly. Birchflame shook his head and padded over to Jynxwish. "Sorry," he muttered.

OOC-Her apprentice is Rubypaw

IC-"Sure! Let's go. I believe my apprentice is already there, I saw him leave the camp." said Jynxwish as she gracefully padded out of the camp, tail swooshing.

Embersong stayed quiet listening to Icestar's announcement after padding out of the leader's den behind him and Dragonblaze. Now, however, she still needed to be a mentor and train, um, Darkpaw. "Darkpaw!" she called, too lazy to find a scent trail.

Bluepaw wondered if Plumpetal would notice him now. He had sat next to her for a while, but had got no reaction. Oh well, at least he was patient. Bluepaw frowned at what Redpaw would have acted like in his own situation right now. Probably run into the forest and get beat up, he decided.

Redpaw turned to Bubblefrost. "What are we doing now?" he asked, excited.

Darkpaw ran over to Embersong, with a big smile on his face. "Yes mentor Embersong?" he asked, trying his best to sound respecatable to the deputy.

"Bluepaw! Where are you?" cried Plumpetal. She sighed.../Cats these days.../ she thought. (LOL)

"Why don't we go to the Training Hollow and train with Birchflame, Rubypaw, Sapphirepaw, & Jynxwish? We will go over some fighting moves!" said Bubblefrost, excited to finally be teaching an apprentice.

OOC-The training should be quick so we can quickly go do the battle, which should also be quick so then we can quickly regroup and quickly attack Sunclan's Camp and then quickly heal the sick cats, quickly.

ooc: Oh SpiritClan...speed training! <still not used to that!

ic: Embersong stared ahead, thinking hard about things. Deputy things. Without looking at Darkpaw, she mewed, "I'm going teach you paw-to-paw combat in the forest. Let's go." She ran off, hoping to fathom what Darkpaw's reflexes and tracking abilities were like.

Bluepaw opened his mouth, then closed it. He wanted to wait and see how long it would take Plumpetal to find him. He could already see that it was going to be an interesting, long six moons...

"Right!" eagerly cried Darkpaw as he raced after Embersong.

Plumpetal grumbled. And turned around and faced Bluepaws direction. "Now where is that lousy apprentice? Argh why is he hiding from me? I hate him already..." she grumbled and she tried to find Bluepaw.

OOC-Should we rp the training or do a minor time skip?

ooc: Speed training please. I cant be bothered to rp another training session :3

ic: Birchflame sighed and followed Sapphirepaw who had bounded out of the entrance tunnel and was padding in circles beside Jynxwish.

Mistypaw looked around for Dragonblaze, feeling like time had lapsed around her. (LOL XD)

OOC-Wait, so speed training is the minor time skip, right? LOL I didn't really understand

IC-Jynxwish left the camp and headed to the Training Hollow.

Draginblaze ran over. "Come on! Training Hollow!" he said as he then walked out of the camp.

Bubblefrost also walked out of camp and headed to the Training Hollow.

Rhapsodysong felt lonely. Everyone was leaving the camp!

But Haze and Wild need to become warriors before this battle, it's time.

OOC-So how about after the training they become warriors, is that okay? Like just before they leave to go to the battle

ic: Redpaw followed his mentor, Bubblefrost.

Bluepaw felt some urgency as he saw everyone leave the camp. "Plumpetal?" he mewed quietly, wondering if his mentor would notice him now.

OOC-What do you mean match up with the other clans?

IC-"Bluepaw! There you are! Come on, we need to train! Don't go wandering off like that again, you got it? I mean, come on, pay more attention to what is going around you, you mousebrain!" said Plumpetal angrily as she then turned around and with a flick of her tail for Bluepaw to follow her, she left the camp.

Bluepaw sighed and followed Plumpetal out of camp. He hoped he would at least learn...no, he got rid of any expectations.

ooc: Im guessing nothing much has happened here.....are we actually going to RP in the Training hollow?

ic: Mistypaw quickly padded out of the camp after Dragonblaze.

Birchflame looked for Sapphirepaw, and seeing her, flicked his tail for her to follow him. He padded out of the camp after Mistypaw.

ooc: Yeah, and then I think we are going a time skip now. Directly to the mass warrior ceremony

OOC-Its only 3 warriors. Soulpaw, Hazepaw, and Wildpaw. Btw, lets pretend Miragekit is an apprentice. But she is really a kit since she is going to be a medicine cat but there is not enough room for anymore medicine cats...yet XD

What are their names going to be? I compeltely forget XD I know Soul was going to be Soulblaze but now I am thinking of making it Soulfire. What do you think?

IC-Icestar announced "Training has ended and now we are off to go fight Sunclan. But first I would like to make 3 apprentices, warriors. They are children of my faithful deputy, Dragonblaze and it is about time they earn the title of warrior. Soulpaw, Wildpaw, Hazepaw please come forward."

The three apprentices walked forward. Soulpaw was so happy, Hazepaw was slightly nervous, while Wildpaw was brimming with excitement!

"I, Icestar, leader of LavaclanClan, call upon my warrior ancestors to look down on these apprentices. They have trained hard to understand the ways of your noble code, and I commend them to you as a warriors in their turn.
Hazepaw, Wildpaw, Soulpaw do you promise to uphold the warrior code and to protect and defend your Clan, even at the cost of your life?

"I do." said Hazepaw, her voice clear and true. "I do!" cried Wildpaw, letting all of her excitement out now that she would finally become a warrior. "I do." said Soulpaw, happily.

"Then by the powers of SpiritClan, I give you your warrior name. Hazepaw, Wildpaw, Soulpaw, from this moment you will be known as (names?) SpiritClan honors your intelligence, thoughtfulness, energy, strength, bravery, and loyalty and we welcome you as a full warrior of Lavaclan."

Rhapsodysong, Bubblefrost, Plumpetal, Jynxwish, Darkpaw, Tearpaw, Applefrost, Springbud, Clamshell, Wavecrest, Citrusfur, Burnttree, Dragonblaze, Ivoryfang and Silvershadow cheered loudly for the new warriors, each one filled with great pride and happiness for them.

OOC-Battle Time? Battle Time!

Wildfire grinned and sat straighter, her muscular shoulders rippled under firey auburn fur.

Hazefall blinked her mysterious blue eyes and her fur wavered, dancing silver, red, and gold in the moonlight.

ooc: Battle yet? I didnt take part in Moonclan's first one so this will be fun!

ic: Mistypaw purred. "Hazefall! Soulblaze! Wildfire!" she yowled, her voice only slightly tinged with friendly envy.

Birchflame took a deep breath and rested his tail gently on Jynxwish's shoulders. "Hazefall! Wildfire! Souldblaze!" he called, half hoping that Jynxwish would notice, but half wanting her to not notice.

Wildfire leapt off the platform and flew through the air like a rice, landing with a thud in front of her clan. She ran to her friends and smiled and thanked everyone for their congratulations (if given).

Hazefall followed her sister off the platform but her leap was lighter and she soared through the air to land in a clearing in the middle of her clan, gracefully landing without a sound and smiling softly.

OOC-Battles are always fun! I mean who doesn't love getting people/cats hurt and killed, right?

IC-Soulflame leaped down and landed by Wildfire, his muscules rippling all he landed.

Jynxwish blinked. (Wow, great reaction Jynx)

"It is time, Lavaclan!" Icestar continued when the cheers died down. "For us to go and defend and protect our friend Oceanclan from Sunclan! Lets go!" he said as he sprang out and soared through the air like a giant white bird. He landed without by the camp exit.

OOC-I just realize I need to make battle patrols! Who wants to come and fight and who wants to stay?

ooc: I think both Mistypaw and Birchflame should go... (PSST OCEAN! Remember the plot with Jynx getting sick?)

ic: Birchflame purred. Jynxwish didnt mind! he thought to himself.

Mistypaw purred evily. A battle? Finally! A chance to show her warrior skills!

OOC-I know Willow! After the battle it will happen. Can you go over it again, though? xD
Also, Miragekit is now Miragepaw & Peridotkit is now Peridotpaw. Can't delay it any longer. I was going to wait for Silver to leave the clan but then I realized that it was mean of me to put off their ceremonies. Peridotpaw, Miragepaw, and Clearpaw are now all Medicine Cat Apprentices! xD

IC-"Anyone that wants to come with me to go fight against Sunclan and reclaim Oceanclan territory, follow me!" yowled Icestar as he marched out of the camp, tail held high and unsheathed claws sharp and ready for some action.

Dragonblaze looked at Embersong. Their leader hadn't organized who was staying behind. Maybe one of them should stay. He walked over to her and said "Do you want to go? Or should I?"

Silvershadow walked out of the camp, trailing Icestar, carrying bundles of herbs that he would need to use in the battle. Silvershadow walked forward quickly, his thoughts on Hollybell and their kits.

Ivoryfang motioned for Miragepaw & Peridotpaw to follow him. She shook her head at Clearpaw, and said "Not you." Even though Clearpaw was the eldest Medicine Cat Apprentice, they needed a medicine cat apprentice to stay behind.

Jynxwish looked at Birchshadow and shyly said "Are you going to fight?" She wnated Birchshadow to come with her and say Yes, but whatever he gave her, she would have to go. She needed to fight for Lavaclan and use her battle skills to the best of their advantage.

Plumpetal looked at Birchshadow. She then looked at Bluepaw and said "Do you wanna go and fight? Personally, I am more of a hunter, but your skills...well lets just they are top notch."

Rhapsodysong remained in camp and took vigil at the camp entrance.

Darkpaw & Tearpaw sat by each other, eager to finally take part in an actual battle!

Bubblefrost decided to also remain at the camp, to guard it.

ic: Embersong sighed. "If you want to, Dragonblaze, you can go. You fight better with Icestar anyway."

Bluepaw blinked. Did Plumpetal just compliment him? Or she was being sarcastic? Anyway. "I want to fight, if that's okay with you, mentor," he mewed carefully.

Redpaw looked at Bubblefrost, guarding the camp. "Does this mean I can't go into battle?" he asked him, forlornly. Especially if his brother was going, then he wanted to!

Greenpaw searched for Burnttree, to see if they were joining the battle or not.

Fallendawn decided to stay behind.

Pebblefoot wished he was still a warrior so that he could go, too. He remembered when the clan had joined OceanClan and led a charge on SunClan...his eyes misted over. Now those were the good days.

OOC-XD

IC-"Okay then." said Dragonblaze, as he padded out of the camp, nodding his head to Embersong.

"Okay then. Lets go! What are you waiting for anyway?" remarked Plumpetal as she bounded out of the camp, not even checking to see if her apprentice would follow her.

"Wellllllllll if you really want to we can go." replied Bubblefrost. He didn't like fighting, so that was the reason why he was staying back.

"Good luck!" Embersong called to Dragonblaze and the departing warriors. Then she turned to face the camp. Now she had to control this lot...and she would need help. Not really, but she felt lazy. "Darkpaw!" she yowled. "Come here please!"

Bluepaw took a long, lengthy exhale. In these frustrating times with Plumpetal as the incompetent mentor, it was his way of venting anger without tearing something apart. Then he chased after the said incompetent mentor.

Redpaw didn't want to trouble his mentor, but he did really want to go. "Pretty please with a mouse on top? If it's not too much of a problem," he pleaded.

Nightkit looked around. Oh, what happened to the ceremony? He had been waiting for it, so he put his head down to take a short nap, and now everyone was gone. In fact, everyone was gone. The camp was empty, with only Embersong left shouting. He shivered and went to look for some cats his age.

Silverkit sighed. He was so bored, and his adoptive brothers Redpaw and Bluepaw were off battling. He would go find Greenpaw. But no one could ever find Greenpaw. So he was stuck doing nothing again.

ooc: Its BirchFLAME Ocean XD

ic: Birchflame looked at his 'friend' and his apprentice. "I'll go," he said "But i want you to stay behind Sapphirepaw. I havent beenable to train you to fight just yet!"
Sapphirepaw snorted and padded stiffly away to the apprentice den. Mistypaw followed her, realising she wasnt old enough or strong enough to fight.

OOC-Sorrys!

IC-Dragonblaze smiled to Embersong, and nodded his head in goodbye as he walked out of camp, ready for battle.

Darkpaw hurried over to Embersong and said "Yes, Embersong?!"

Jynxwish nodded in agreement with Birchflame and walked out of camp.

Embersong looked down at Darkpaw. "Well, Darkpaw, it's up to us now to lead the clan if we get attacked, " she mewed sternly. "But first, I haven't really taught you how to fight. And how can you help if you can't fight? So I'm going to demonstrate a couple of moves and you copy me, okay?"

Silverkit wandered around camp. He was too nervous to go into the elders' den alone, and too young to do anything else. He wasn't really paying attention when an awful stench hit his nose. The kit staggered back, repulsed, as he spotted the source of the smell. It was a black-furred kit a few moons older than himself, perhaps.

Nightkit stared at the other kit. "hi?" he mewed. Silverkit recovered. "Um, hey, do you want to go to a stream?" he asked Nightkit. The strange kit smelled like throw-up. Nightkit shrugged. "Sure." So the two kits wandered out of camp.

Mistypaw padded out of the apprentices den, and over to Embersong. "Can you show me some basic moves too? I'm not entirely sure what to do," she confesed shyly. "And i think that Sapphirepaw would like to learn some moves too..."

Sapphirepaw sulked in the apprentices den. "Stupid Birchflame. WHy wouldnt he let me go to the battle? It's not like im a newborn kit or something..."

Embersong sighed. It had been her intention to train apprentices in the absence (there was nothing better to do in camp anyway) but now she would feel like a drill sergeant. Oh well. "Hmmm....okay," she agreed to Mistypaw. "I have a better idea, too." She yelled to the camp again, "Hey, any apprentice that wants to learn some battle moves come to the center of camp, near the entrance. And any warrior that wants to help teach can come too." Embersong turned to her pupils, projecting her voice. "The first move we'll learn will be a simple twist and swipe. See, do this." She fluidly dropped to the ground, twisted to the left, and while rising slashed out with her claws.

Fallendawn walked over to Embersong. She had nothing else to do and wanted to help.
Pebblefoot ran over to the deputy, teaching apprentices. Fallendawn noticed him running and frowned. "Shouldn't you be resting?" she asked politely. "Shouldn't you be fighting?" Pebblefoot retorted stiffly. He hated being reminded that he was old.
